Grantee Responsibilities


Grantees of SFI shall be expected to:
  1. Have a strong understanding of organizational and program direction, potential growth areas, and the place of a given program in advancing organizational goals 
  2. Set, aim to reach, and clearly communicate goals and quantifiable benchmarks that define success 
  3. Provide regular reports on organization/program status, following a specially customized reporting template 
  4. Prepare and submit clear and comprehensive budgets and actual expenditures with each report, utilizing our sample budget as a guide 
  5. Alert SFI when and why any major changes are made within the organization or to the program concept, including significant changes to the budget 
  6. Practice and promote ethical business practices
  7. Seek collaboration with like-minded organizations to further a common cause or objective and to aggregate expertise and resources for greater impact 
  8. Actively foster an inclusive workplace, open to diversity.
 
The Schusterman Foundation – Israel (SFI) was created by the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation (CLSFF) to help strengthen the fabric of Israeli society by providing funding, technical assistance and leadership for new and existing initiatives.
